Terms & Conditions i8my – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Entertainment Platform

Access to and use of the i8my platform is fully subject to these Terms & Conditions. i8my reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

By continuing to use the i8my platform following any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms in effect.

To register and use i8my's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration. i8my takes the enforcement of this age requirement seriously and reserves the right to request identification documents for verification purposes.
• Is an individual acting on their own behalf, and not on behalf of a company or other legal entity.
• Not an individual who has applied for self-exclusion from i8my or any other gambling platform within a currently active exclusion period.
• Not prohibited from using online gambling services by any law applicable to you based on your nationality, place of residence, or current location.
• Register one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited.

When registering an i8my account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, i8my reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals for new accounts or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate information are entirely your own responsibility.

I8my accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• i8my does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• i8my reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawal of funds from your i8my account is subject to the following conditions, all of which must be fully met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The account must have completed the full KYC verification process before the first withdrawal can be processed.

• Each member is entitled to each promotion once only, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Wagering (rollover) requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Betting on the i8my platform is subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market. The general rules applicable to all bet types are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review all details carefully before confirming any bet.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay, i8my reserves the right to void the bet and return the original stake to your account balance.
• For sports betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton and e-sports, all matches must commence within 48 hours of the time the bet is placed, unless otherwise stated.
• i8my reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where market manipulation or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Winnings from games affected by a technical error or odds display error are subject to review, and i8my reserves the right to void or adjust such payouts.

As a user of the i8my platform, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct at all times:

• The use of automated software (bots), scripts or any third-party tools designed to exploit games or platform systems is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your account with others, allowing others to access your account, or using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through the i8my platform is strictly prohibited.
• Assisting or facilitating any third party in violating these Terms is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or compromise the security of the platform's systems is strictly prohibited.

Any breach of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable.
